Enrollment process
The chapter does not require administrative approval after payment.
Membership is associated with your account and verified email.
Square processes the selected prepaid amount; this platform remains the membership authority.
Successful verified payment activates membership immediately.
Before enrollment
Prepaid term: Choose one year for $40, two years for $80, or three years for $120. The full selected amount applies regardless of when you join.
Renewal choice: You may purchase the selected term without recurring billing or opt in to automatic renewal. Automatic renewal begins after the prepaid term and adds one year for $40 on your own billing anniversary. If selected, you may later turn off future renewal while keeping access through the current paid term.
Failed renewals: There is no payment grace period. Access ends with the paid term unless Square's renewal payment is verified.
Refunds: Membership payments are non-refundable.
Membership scope: These terms apply only to individual membership. Vendor accounts are free and must use a different email address; vendor charges apply only when registering for a priced Event or eligible Training using its Vendor ticket option. Group memberships are not offered.
