Membership

Individual memberships may be purchased for one, two, or three prepaid years. If automatic renewal is selected, Square renews the membership one year at a time after the prepaid term until renewal is disabled.

Programs

Event and Training registration is confirmed only after the platform verifies payment or records an authorized complimentary registration. Published program details may change; the Board may send an explicit change notice.

Refunds and cancellation

The standard policy is no refunds. In an exceptional Board-approved case, only a full refund is supported. A registration refund releases capacity but does not erase valid attendance or CE evidence. Turning off membership renewal does not shorten an already paid term.

Credential acceptance

The chapter records continuing-education classifications and attendance. The applicable credentialing authority determines whether hours are accepted for renewal.
