Information we process

We process account and contact details, membership and registration records, payment references, notification preferences, uploaded files, and chapter-issued continuing-education attendance and award records.

Service providers

Square processes payments, stored renewal cards, and recurring billing. SMTP2GO delivers transactional email. Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect public forms. The homepage immediately embeds Facebook content, which contacts Meta and may permit Meta cookies or tracking.

Guests and continuing education

Guest registrations retain the submitted name and email. Guest CE evidence is not automatically associated with a later account solely because an email address matches.

Security

Uploads are structurally validated, quarantined, and scanned for malware before permanent storage. Payment-card numbers and security codes are entered into Square secure fields and are not stored by the chapter platform.
